Services Provided: NewMedix, a brand of Accruex Limited, provides consultancy and practice media management services for the medical sector.

Fees and Payment: Our services are billed at a fixed monthly fee of £2,500, with additional hours charged at £200 per hour. Any additional charges will be agreed upon in advance.

Term and Termination: Our services are provided on a rolling monthly basis. Customers may give notice to cancel at the end of each month.

Limitation of Liability: Accruex Limited is not liable for any issues, including fraud, arising from the management of your accounts or any other aspect of the services provided.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
